Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail box accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect e-mails from one email account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
